Really bad fps with any shader
Tried a couple shaders and they all put me at 10-20 fps no matter the settings, when without shaders I'm at 200 fps

you are on integrated graphics and your GPU is being fully utilized by the game. If the shader itself is a lot too demanding for your PC then changing settings will have barely any effect. You could try if lighter shaders work better (sildur's vibrant for example)
ah yeah even with that one with nothing turned on it's 40 fps lol didn't know just having a shader on doing nothing would be so expensive
