okay so now if i upgraded to the pro plan and i add my projects why did the price go up on the pro plan once i did that or is that only for the first month?

well your price estimate would include the seat cost and the usage costs

i understand now im pretty sure so like seats are how many people on the team? and then whatever my projects use its other price right?
yup sounds correct to me. On the pro plan you pay any usage you accumulate. No discounts like on hobby
