Postgres: No deploys for this service

I am trying to create a new postgres database, but it keeps saying "No deploys for this service". Do I need to perform any extra steps?

I think I found the issue, I was using an account with no github account connected to it. I tried with the other account with github attached to it, and it worked

try clicking on it and check the logs
No deployment also means no logs!

and it doesn't work even if you make a new project on railway?
Hey, this is definitely a bug. Does this happen every time you try to add Postgres?

On this particular project, yeah I've tried with 3 new postgres, but same issue
Haven't tried with a different project yet
