T3 Turbo : Error: Cannot find module 'autoprefixer'

I am coming back to t3 for dev testing. I cloned the t3 turbo repo and am getting an error when running base dev server. Error is Cannot find module 'autoprefixer'. I tried updating node to 18.18, updating pnpm, i still get the same issue
