I’ve always liked old towns stuff, not least because it’s evidently well-made but also relatively affordable, compared to like SEHK who are very similar but more pricey
Although I’m pretty sure SEHK is better quality
I have a bunch of stuff from them, I've gone through a few union suits in the past 5 or 6 years and have a mismatch of materials now. (wool trousers died from chub rub, denim jacket was pulled into machinery)
some of the nicest things I own and the cuts are exaggerated in interesting ways, their shirts flare in an A-line
i wanna get some
call them up, marie will answer all kinds of questions. they'll ask for your measurements when you order.
Just a word of caution, they apparently aren’t able to accomodate larger builds. I’m a moderate weight lifter and when I emailed them they told me they didn’t make any pants that would fit my measurements, and I’m 5’10” and 185lb.
oh ok thanks
im 6' 215 and have had no problem fitting in any of the union trousers. if anything the XL was massive on me, what pants were you looking at?
I was looking at Orfords at the time, specifically because they looked like a wider straight fit
