can't buy an overlay
I've tried to purchase the adrenaline overlay multiple times, with a card, with Google pay. And no matter what it says it can't process the payment. I have more than enough money in the accounts and there's nothing wrong with the payment methods cause I've used them in other places just to make sure. What's going on?

Are you signed into overlay expert with your twitch linked
Yep
Okay this will have to be something @Marc will have to look at when he has some free time
Rip, ight
@ThumblessWonder, what's your Twitch username?
I'm having the same issue with this...
Can you verify that you are logged into overlay expert website and your twitch account is linked, to check if your twitch account is linked click on your picture in the top right scroll down if there's an X by it, it's linked
yes, it is linked
Okay what's your twitch username?
TXNinjaQueen
Okay, when @Marc has some free time he will be able to look into this for you
Thank you so much!
Do you get any errors at all when you try and purchase it?
When I click the "Buy Now" button, I get an error that says
"Something went wrong while trying to complete your request. If the problem persists, please contact support.
[ { "code": "invalid_type", "expected": "string", "received": "undefined", "path": [ "gaClientId"
Can you take a screenshot of the full error, if you click on the error it should expand it
Then just post the screenshot here

Perfect this will help Marc debug the issue faster
@TXNinjaQueen I just pushed an update; can you try again?
I'm able to put my payment info in but it keeps spitting the message that there's a connection issue even though my internet is working perfectly fine. I closed other tabs and tried it again 2-3 times using 2 different cards (both of which have more than plenty of funds on them).
Connection issue?
This is on the Stripe Checkout page?
@TXNinjaQueen
Yes it is
Can you post a screenshot being careful not to share any personal information?
š
oh what
I removed the screenshot just in case
@TXNinjaQueen do you have an ad blocker enabled?
Or VPN?
I do not
Hmm. The first error you had seems to be because you have an ad blocker or tracking disabled.
@TXNinjaQueen How about any Chrome Extensions? Can you try in coginito with extensions disabled?
I'll try that
that worked, thank you so much!
@TXNinjaQueen OK awesome! Thanks for supporting us š
Thank you for all the help
I'd be careful with those Chrome extensions through š
