Why did my project not go to sleep even after 11 hours of inactive use?
My app went to sleep 11 hours ago but then woke up and hasnt gone back to sleep

this is a case where the project id is needed
check your metrics, was there any outbound network usage?
sorry we can close this, i ended up removing the service because of cost
