Novu api slower than few hours ago
We're testing a emergency alerting service, build on top of Novu. We integrated Twilio. Yesterday, we got a SMS within 5 seconds. Today, it takes almost 30 seconds. Looking at the History tab in Novu, it takes approx. 20+ seconds for Novu to queue the SMS at Twilio. How to fix this?

Is this issue blocking you to use Novu?
yes
we have strict SLAs with our customers (safety applications), so we need to guarantee response times
Are you sending custom transactionId with trigger?

We did a short term fix and team is working on a long term fix so to prevent this issues in future
