I am trying to contact the support through mail for the second time and the only response I get is an automated message which is not helpful to my problem at all Is the mail support suspended or something?

I am trying to get the hobby plan but everytime I try to it says that my card declined I have been using it before and this is a first case that my card is declining

have you contacted your bank to make sure they arent blocking payments?

Yes I did and they didn't block anything in the last days In fact there is not even information on this case
