I am trying to contact the support through mail for the second time and the only response I get is an automated message which is not helpful to my problem at all
Is the mail support suspended or something?

Yeah okay the thing is that I sent the first mail like a week ago
are you perhaps on the pro plan?
I am currently on none as the trial ended
And I cannot use my projects as well

I am trying to get the hobby plan but everytime I try to it says that my card declined
I have been using it before and this is a first case that my card is declining
have you contacted your bank to make sure they arent blocking payments?
Yes I did and they didn't block anything in the last days
In fact there is not even information on this case
