Ethernet Static IP with M8P/CB1
Is it possible to set static IP for ethernet connection with CB1?

You should do that on your router.
if your router supports setting a static lease, that'd be the best way
you SHOULD be able to SSH into the CB1 and edit the file in /etc/network/interfaces
