Exempt users from tenant

I want to create a multi-tenant app with Filament v3, and I found the built-in tenant feature. However, I have one problem: I've created a company tenant, so do we need to create a company when a new user registers, right? I don't like that for system admin users; I want to exempt them from the tenant. How can I do that?
