Every brand seems to have a different name for this, not sure what the style is called historically. It looks like a Mackinaw or cruiser jacket but without the top 2 pockets. https://www.filson.com/outerwear/wool-jackets/mackinaw-wool-work-jacket.html#sku=20232879-fco-018108927
That'd be a "car coat" based on the two pockets, length an general styling.
