Extrusion differences (thickness) and rippling

I just got my V-Core 3.1 400mm put together and run through calibrations. I'm seeing a few problems: 1) I have done the same print on my Ender 3 and it had the same problem, but not to the degree that I'm seeing here. I'm printting a section of a voronoi bowl. Whenever there is a hole in the voronoi pattern the layer that the hole starts on or ends on in the surrounding columns seems to be affected- it becomes very visible. 2) There are some sections that show some weird bumpiness. It looks almost like the infill is showing through. It's not all over, though, so I don't know what's going on. 3) I'm trying to get bridging working better. I'm new to Prusa Slicer (so maybe there are options that I don't know to click that would help with this?). Everything I've done before is with Cura (couldn't see any starter Cura profiles, though). This is using PLA filament. There are 4 perimeter layers and a gyroid infill. I've tried printing with more perimeters and printing perimeters before infill (this print has that activated). I printed it in white so that the problems would be more visible. White is a pretty popular color for these, though, so I'd like it to look nice. Any help that you could provide would be much appreciated. I'd hate for the quality of my new, fancy Ratrig to be surpassed by my old Ender.

I've been doing some experimenting and checking. Those band seem to correspond with changes in volumetric flow rate. Here's the picture from Prusa Slicer. That being said, I don't really know what to do to remedy the situation. I think maybe the print was underextruded a bit. I've tried modifying the extrusion widths a bit to see if that changes anything (increasing them slightly by letting Prusa do the calculations instead of the default of the RR profile, which is to hardcode everything to 0.4 mm).
