alternatively, try syncing your system clock
out of sync clock can cause and ssl error that may result in that message
are you using any sort of proxy or vpn?
for your own information, these are the only errors that can generate that message:
- HANDSHAKE_FAILURE
- ETIMEDOUT
- EAI_AGAIN
the most common causes historically are an antivirus blocking the response and getting a timeout or system clock sync issue leading to ssl handshake error
if its not either of those, idk how to help you
