I think it’d be model dependent but going to assume you’re interested in the XT6. TTS for normal feet, probably half size up if you have wide feet or you’d want to look into the XT4 as the XT6 is a narrow shoe

I'm 8.5US brannock but my runners are all at least a size 9.5US
I'm a 9 brannock and go 10 for salomons
You could probably go a half size down if you aren't planning to run in them but I think you said on the running thread that's your plan

If you feel like you can swing a half size down with your other sneakers you'll probably be ok
I’m a 10.5 or 11 in sneakers (for narrower things like chucks) and went 11 with mine but I got sized up for thick wool socks. Regular sneaker size is probably a safe bet.

46 in these (and most sneakers), 45 in most leather shoes/boots.
