Someone explain why these trousers look weird on me
Not a huge fan of how the crotch of these look but I can't name the problem. They didn't feel especially tight, are they just too high waisted making it look too long?

I think it is a bit tight. Too slim on you imo
You might be wearing them a bit too high on your waist.
They are on the slimmer side
You can have slim fit pants that still fit well in the crotch, but this is probably an issue with not enough space in the crotch along the front or back rise.
