Is there any way to escalate to this to an incident? On pro team support, it says it will take 2-3 business days π¦

ohh good conincidence then - what I understood fromt he error is that - snapshots were not getting downloaded - the asy solution is skip that

I don't even know what a snapshot is but I imagine it's not something that could be skipped
