Clouds from Better Clouds rendering over top of the LODs

I'm using the Better Clouds mod, and I recently added DH to my mod-pack but now I noticed that the clouds are rendered over top of the generated LODs. Its only really noticeable when the builds reach a certain height but is there a way to fix this?
