How to change panel color with spatie setting?

Hello I am trying to change panel color with spatie setting pakage.Here is my code and it doesn't working , favicon and brandName are working

what is the value of the theme_color is it a hex code or color name? you have to pass it like

'primary'   => Color::hex('#27a3a9'),
// or
'primary'   => Color::$color,

'primary'   => Color::hex('#27a3a9'),
// or
'primary'   => Color::$color,
