looking for advice for buying quality clothes online
I'm looking to buy clothes online, the local selection isnt great, price is high, and stores mostly import bad quality items
How do you find quality items? Tops, bottoms, socks, coats, whatever
I came across some nice looking clothes, but the price seemed extremely high to me, $250 for a button down shirt
Are these normal prices?
I just want some good quality items, don't need anything high fashion, or particularly trendy, I mostly wear solid colors, and striped/plaid, stuff that will last and hold up, the material, the stitching, just all around.
If anyone has any recommendations for shoes as well it'd be good, but I'm less optimistic about having success with fit without trying them on

Have you looked through the #fashion-guides channel? There are a lot of recommendations for online stores there. You definitely don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to get good clothes online.
In general, buying online will always mean that you might be getting things you don't like or don't fit right once you see them in person. You have to be willing to return things when you buy online. Always be sure to check return policies if you think the fit might not be right
