Lottie vs Rive for product onboarding interactive presentation.

I'm making an interactive guided tour for a digital product and I'm trying to choose an SVG animation tool. It's nothing very complicated, just some mouse cursor movements and a few graphics that highlight the different screen elements. Which is better suited for a project like this? Lottie or Rive? Or are there any better options that I don't know about?

If you group together sections of an svg you can target the different sections by name in css and apply vanilla css animations to them I believe. I donโ€™t believe grouping them in figma works but Iโ€™m pretty sure photoshop does the job.

I prefer GSAP for animations. https://greensock.com/
