credit missing
Hello, before the railway plan rework, I purchased $5 credits. Now after the rework, I only have the one time grant of $5 from the free trial and my $5 which i purchased previously is missing.

I assume that means you where charged for the subscription fee
I dont think I ever upgraded to hobby
nor did they ever say I upgraded to hobby, as per billing history
that credit purchase was many many months ago
yes it was, and I never fully used that $5 i purchased
i dont think credits have an expiry date does it?
no but you could have used those credits by now
last I checked before the plan rework, I had $4++ inside
that way also a couple months ago
is there a way to check if I used up my $5? because my bot is low resource consuming
I'm also confused on how you still have 4.81 credits remaining even though the switch over was a while ago
to clarify, that $1.3 is each month?
I think that's current usage to this point in the month
so to estimate, 1 month is $2.6? because 16 days is 1.3?

my recommendation would be to upgrade to the usage based hobby plan since you have a bot that needs to be online
