Y axis vibration. is it NORMAL?

So i am trying to reduce the y axis vibration and achive more accelerations. I have taken apart everrything and relubed the rails but they still doesnt seem right .
I have attached a video of the same. does the sound seem weird?

sounds normal...? atleast exactly the same as mine sounded last i had it apart, and i think mine is in good condition

it depends, you have lots of small balls in the bearing blocks, they'll make some noise, that's just what they do
since i can't feel the vibration through my screen, i can't really give any advice apart form looking for metal shavings and pieces
