Anybody every try that their entire Zero Trust setup has stopped working? Ours has been invalidated now for 7 days and Cloudflare support do not seem to care much, even though we are paying customers. In short, our WARP setup has stopped working on all devices, both Windows and Android. We think something has gone wrong with the Cloudflare DNS proxy server that our requests are going through. It happened out of the blue, and we have reset basically every setting in the Zero Trust dashboard and things are still bad.

We are using the cloudflared image by @Erisa | Out of office in our tunnels in our Azure virtual network and it has been working great for 6+ months, but all of a sudden, the DNS requests that were served through the tunnels never reach the tunnels. They simply just time out
sorry to hear that, but im out of office and cant help with that currently - did you file a bug to the engineering team from within the warp client?
aside from the bug report button the zero trust team can be best reached on https://community.cloudflare.com/ and if you share your open ticket number there than someone can escalate it on too
Thanks @Erisa | Support Engineer . To be honest, I haven't prioritized making a ticket on the community, based on the lack of responses on existing tickets in the WARP area. It is very silent there. But thanks, I will give it a go.
