i'm new, i want to learn api, should to learn aspcore api7, there r a lot changes in aspcore api8, i mean i wait for aspcoreapi8?

No reason to wait.
The core tech stack is going to be the same in either case.
there will not be many changes to the fundamentals
might as well start now if you wanna learn
Learn 7, when 8 comes out just change
net7.0 in the .csproj file to net8.0Was this issue resolved? If so, run
