most breathable pants other than linen (too wrinkly)
I’m looking for THE most breathable pants, pants I can wear in 100 degree weather in the summer in Arizona basically. I’ve found linen pants to be very breathable, but after about a month I threw them away Since I got tired of having to iron them since they’re so wrinkly. Any recommendations?

Bruh you threw away linen pants because linen wrinkles?
Are you looking for something casual?
Yea haha, I’m really lazy and hate ironing
Yes casual
The pants were only like 30$ or something
Linen pants are supposed to wrinkle it's part of the look. I guess you could look for seersucker or tropical wool but you're going to have the same issue with wrinkles, that's kind of just what happens with lighter weight breathable materials
Lightweight jeans I guess
You threw them away 💀💀
Interesting, might just have to stick to shorts then, I’ve been wearing only shorts this entire summer but I’m getting over it
Other than going out at night then I wear pants
Lightweight cotton can be fairly wrinkle resistant
There are surely some tech materials as well
Well actually I attempted to wear the linen pants for a month last summer, then didn’t wear them at all for like a year, then threw them away
But linen and hemp are the natural fibers that breathe best, at the cost of wrinkling.
linen/cotton blend
You need to wear them longer than that to get a good patina
These look very breathable and are casual: https://nepentheslondon.com/products/string-boot-cut-pant-c-pe-r-lace-cloth-flower-navy

Those look too feminine I think
I found the BR core temp pant to be great for summer
Slim Core Temp Pant | Banana Republic
Shop Banana Republic's Slim Core Temp Pant: Tailored and innovative, this pant uses Core Temp fabric infused with 37.5® Technology and the power of active particles derived from volcanic sand to warm up or cool down, as needed. Temperature-Regulating, Wrinkle-Resistant, Stretch., NEW SLIM FIT: We updated our slim fit by taking in the leg from kn...
Slim fits are less intense-heat-friendly than loose fits; they don't allow as much air flow between the fabric and your leg, so they hold more heat and moisture against your body.
I'm on day 70 (I think?) of humid, 100+ temps this summer, wearing mostly loose/wide-fit linen and cotton pants. Linen's wrinkles look less dramatic and sloppy to me on loose-fit cuts than slim-fit ones. And I can wear some heavier fabrics if they're cut for air flow, like JCrew's giant chinos.
would recommend hemp! my hemp pants are slightly thicker than my linen pants but they are still a v fine & breathable & less wrinkly choice for how deathly hot out it is rn
general recommendation for baserange although i don't think that's what op is looking for exactly lol
Also @Jupes1004 you can get wrinkle release spray that works fairly quickly with little effort if ironing isn't your thing
Uncanvassed linen and hemp can also be gently steamed. Caveat emptor: follow instructions from someone who knows their shit.
You just need to learn to embrace the wrinkles
wrinkly is beautiful too ✨
Wow that looks sick, made out of volcanic sand? I’m definitely gonna check out a BR
It’s not really the look for me it’s more the process of having to iron it
Wow hemp I never even thought of that, I’ll look into it. Do you have any recs on specific hemp pants?
i know of more for women tbh!! but muji and etsy (specifically all the made-to-order shops for linen and hemp clothes) are probably good places to look
If you embrace the wrinkles then you don’t need to iron it
Literally pull the put of the dryer fast enough and hang them up, no need to iron
