Got self-hosted novu, and the activity feed in production is opening for about 2 minutes, is it ok?)

I see you have a lot of items (approx 1M) in activity feed
Response time depends on your resources as well
Is it possible to take into account the wish to disable statistics retrieval for charts at this page (api/stats and api/graph/stats)? According to our calculations, this method works the longest and blocks other requests.
@alfa4ok currently we don't have such configurations available
mind creating a feature request for this?

+1 - several challenges with the responsiveness of the activity feed even for a fairly limited data set.
