You have an unpaid invoice. You must pay this invoice before you can upgrade to the Hobby plan.
I was trying to pay $20 for the Hobby plan, and then my card was declined, after a few second I got a message saying I have an unpaid invoice, the invoice amount is $20... Why is it happening? Can anyone remove that unpaid invoice I have?

monday was a holiday, so today is the first work day of the week, and they are always super busy on the first work day of a week, so it could be EOD or tomorrow EOD

Hi @.skarf, Christian from the Railway team here 👋 An invoice was created for the fractional credits you attempted to purchase, and that invoice went to unpaid status when your payment was declined. I've voided the invoice and you should be able to purchase credits now.
I appreciate it, so it's probably going to happen again if I my card will be declined again right?
Yes, if your bank declines the transaction when you attempt to purchase credits, you will experience the same behavior. We'll be around to support if you want to try again now.
