Going to answer this in a way to teach how to analyze an error like this in case you run into the same later
Error line 10: the error is in the TextInputBuilder
So go to the docs of TextInputBuilder and check the methods as to which aren't optional https://discord.js.org/docs/packages/builders/main/TextInputBuilder:Class
This reveals that setLabel is not optional

A builder that creates API-compatible JSON data for text inputs.
