Levels are resetting when users talk
Hello!
Users are having their leveled role rewards REMOVED or RESET to level 1 despite their levels/xp stating otherwise. I have used /level set and /level role. Neither works. /config check and /config troubleshooting both don't come out with anything helpful at all.
Please help. Thank you!

Example as seen as above. /level role Ivan 10 was used. He now shows as level 10 on the leaderboard, I ask him to talk and then he is removed from the Level 10 and Level 5 role
I really would like to continue using this bot because of the multiplier and daily leaderboard/top

do you have stack xp roles disabled
I tried both with and without stacking
Used the sync command
All roles are removed again

All of my users are all losing their levels that I just manually had to add due to this

okay well /level add seems to work
Not sure what's going on or how this works. but seems to be working now? going to run a few more tests on some players
@alter.d Can you please use the audit log to check which bot removed the roles? Perhaps it wasn't lurkr
Good looks! It was the Tatsu bot removing the roles from people because they weren’t the right level in the Tatsu leaderboard. I had forgotten to disable that bot
