upgrading to 16gb is pretty worth it, depends on what ur budget is tho
honestly if u only play val, u might want to spend a lil more on cpu
i3 10100f act pretty good but its your own decision
an i3 is the worse possible cpu there could be an AMD ryzen 5000
dpeneds on ur budget but a 32gb of ram is really handy
Naw a 10th gen i3 is much better than a i7 5th gen it depends on the gen and not always the model
i9 i were its at
idk it seems like his budget sits around that range
10th gen never disappoints doesnt matter which gen, it gives u around stable 200-500fps atleast on val
so which cpu would i use??
get a r5 5600 for cpu
decent
for its price
Bro you can get an i3 12100F for like $100 or something
And the i3 12100F is a great cpu if you're on a tight budget
"i9 is where its at"
someone hit a softspot kidda
giving suggestions no need to cry bout it lad
😂
that was a shit suggestion
more like giving false information
oh ye i9 is false information lmao
this just shows me that you didn't understand what I wrote
when I said you're giving false information I'm talking about you saying i3 cpus are the worse possible cpus
but newer generation i3s are great for budget builds
you ignore that the cpu generation matters when picking a good cpu
Hes right tho
For the price of the i3 you can get much better
Even older gens i9 that perform better
yall remember that more important is the generation of the cpu
not the i9 i 3 i5 etc
yes
get an intel i7 11th gen or 10th and gpu just get an rtx and ram u should get 16 gb or higher
alright thank you
how much is one ?
How much fps do u need
I get like 200-400
all i could ask for is 200
i barely reach 60 rn so
Get a good CPU
Like that’s what you want mostly
If you are playing on low settings
You can easily reach 60 with a mid level cpu and a not bad gpu
Now if you wanna reach 200
You wanna invest more into the CPU, a little bit into the ram and gpu
oh alright
You don’t need 4060 level GPU
I would even argue you don’t need 3060s
Just a good CPU and a bit of ram
^^ all depends on your settings
i dont get why people are saying that i3s are bad
its the generation that matters, not the i's
the i's has lost its power long ago
a 4060 is not a good gpu for price to performance
valorant is a also cpu based game
a ryzen 5600g would be pretty decent but depending on your budget you can go lower
also go in the discord buildapc
and getting a nvidia gpu isnt good anymore unless it's the 4080+ as amd offers better price to performance
i already have a radeon gpu rn
which one
and what's your budget
its like one of the old ones
an rx580 is an old one and can still play aaa games
be more specific
no its a radeon hd 7600
oh ok thats bad
and what;'s your budget?
i ad it for a while i thinl
had*
idk honestly
under 1k
or smt
that's usd right?
ye
or ill prob jst get a new gpu and cpu
since i use an old laptop
nah i'll make you one
i mean
a list
alright
thank you
the advice from people here is bad btw
its hard to actually know whats a good choice since everyone has a diff opinion
You can get i5 11th gen 16gb ram and 1050ti
that would be good
I5 11th gen is amazing
Idk, you might want a better cpu though
Yeha that’s the problem with PC opinions
They hold different values
Some like pure performance, some likes cost over performance, some like intel, some like amd
I gave him an unbiased list in dms it’s all clear now
5600g
6750xt
32gb 3200 silicon powered
2tb 980
Corsair 4000d
Rm750e
MSI B550M PRO-VDH
All at his budget, 1000 usd
you're welcome!
