hello, my server is crashing for this reason from few days, can someone help me?

Where can I find the server log?
Logs are stored in
<server_directory>/logs/. Search for a file explorer in your server's management interface and navigate to that directory. Once you've opened that up, search for the latest.log file. Some providers have a separate page for logs and may hide the "logs" folder.
On Aternos:
• Go to https://aternos.org/log/.
On Minehut and server.pro:
• Go to the "files" tab in the left menu.
• Navigate to the root directory of your server.
• From there navigate to /logs/latest.log.
What should I do with the log?
• First of all, read it! I mean, that's what you do all the time when you run a server, isn't it? Try to locate any errors that have anything to do with the issue you are facing.
• If you got the latest.log file or created a .txt file with the necessary errors you can upload these directly to the channel, but we prefer if you upload them to https://mclo.gs/.
• If you have trouble downloading the log file, copy/paste the text to a paste service (like mclogs). Copy the link that it gives you and send it to us. (Don't worry, McLogs hides your users' IPs.)Admincraft Canned Responses

i used java 17 with aikar flags still the same issue i will try to find that log
I'll have a look again in a bit haven't seen this issue on any of the other servers we run
all i'd say its a strange plugin issue tbh
weve never seen them crash like this before
usually never address violations
It would be best to switch to some more reputable host(i am hosting servers for 3 years, i did a lot of research and i haven't heard of servcity) , even if you haven't seen issues on any of other servers you run, maybe servcity has java issue on their end, other gameservers you pay for do not use java so it's minecraft only issue.

No, only this client of us has this issue, he has it on different nodes as well, even straight in Linux it crashes
And trust me, if I said no other Minecraft server we run has that issue I am speaking of java Minecraft servers
If it's a plugin a binsearch will find it.

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.

To avoid wasting time make a backup and try to turn on the server with no plugins

I just checked servcity.org plans, 9€/month for 3 shared(?) threads of Ryzen 9 7950X & 6gb of ram is pretty hot

Although I do not need a new host rn but if they have got a good reputation I might try out that plan..
@Eric Blockchaincreek.com out of curiosity, do you give swap overhead? Like some hosts give you n amount of the ram you bought + a bit of swap just in case
We do have OOM turned on but if there are people with some issue we do sometimes give them a little extra ram to try out or play with
We do run quite some servers already we’re still pretty new but slowly building up (for example 2 of the big ones being EUPvP.net / chickencreft.net) you can always check those out to see our performance 🙂
We also do everything on our own hardware so no resell of like hetzner or anything like that
