One Player Cannot Connect to Server with this Error
The server logs give no indication the player tried to join.
Other Useful Info:
Server is hosted using playit.gg.
Server only supports IPv6 due to above.

also other players using the same os + same launcher + same version can join
so i dont believe ipv6 is the issue
the player also joined yesterday with no issues, so his network does support ipv6
Can he see the motd?
no he cant
He could also just not have a Ipv6..
Pretty sure he would need a Ipv6 to connect to a Ipv6 server
but he was able to join yesterday when the server was still ipv6 only
Oh didn't read that part mb
What address is he using to connect? May be related to some DNS issues.
If he’s using the wrong address wouldn’t it say “connection refused, no further information” instead of internal exception error?
the dns has one AAAA record, nothing else
and i guess an ns record, but that shouldnt matter
a dns issue from the player's side
tell him to use http://1.1.1.1
doing that made no servers work
but web browser still works
I doubt it’s a DNS issue bc if he has ipv6 and other players are able to connect to your domain and he WAS able to join with no changes to your dns manager then I think it’s more related to something he did on his end
