Looking for recommendations on Java args for a really, really big modpack

I've managed to create a big modpack, and manage to get ApexHosting's EX Series plan for hosting, but what would be the best Java args I can throw at it, on top of optimization mods? Although tweaks to existing optimization mods are welcome, if you can recommend any, as this is a very massive pack, although Fabric/Quilt likes to be... deceptive with numbers, so the actual jar count is around 600+ mods (I'm working on trimming some fat as I see fit, though.)

Apexmchosting has good support and locations but thats about it, its expensive and hardware in some locations arent great you would probably get better performance on other trusted hosts for a cheaper price this is on fabric right? or is it quilt

I'm testing some on the client end just to see what performance I squeeze out of there Quilt I put it under the Fabric tag since there was no Quilt tag

I haven't tested Aikar's flags actually, but I'm going to do so Also, I'm probably not gonna switch off of Apex for quite some time, I've already put quite a bit into it. I went to it solely because there was a time when Pebblehost would not allow one to add credit to their account, so I went and searched for a new host I haven't put the pack on the server yet, I'm waiting on two mods to drop updates to fix some issues

Ask for a refund Shit host

I don’t know if they do refunds, given when I had put in credit to keep the server aloft for a few months Because that has been the case with every other host I’ve tried That any funds remain in credit and are unable to be refunded Unless I do it within a fairly short time of buying the server I would have to wait literal months before swapping again to another host

Never use credit Always pay an invoice

Due to my tendencies to forget about stuff like that, I use credit to make sure it is paid in advance I've got nearly 200 dollars worth in terms of credit in there ATM, just to keep it aloft I've used credit ever since I've done any kind of hosting with other server hosts Also, I am not looking into another host at this point in time. And even if I was... given where I live, nature decided to throw me a middle finger So moving everything might get difficult if it is lost in nature's wrath https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=7 I have thought of the idea of building my own server machine at some point, but that is not gonna happen anytime soon, due to the cost Basically I have to eye a potential tropical storm or hurricane forming and slamming into Florida Which is far more important than my choice of host for an MC server Because even if I did want to switch, I can't do that if there's no power
