Suddenly getting low fps

Used to get a consistent 30fps on any word world with continuum 2.0.5 + sodium and iris on 1.19.4, now I didn't change a single thing but now I struggle to get 10fps. Anybody know how to fix this? Updated my graphics drivers fixed the problem yesterday, was getting a smooth 30-40fps. Turned my computer on today now it's back to struggling to get 10 fps. Anyone know how to fix this?

and I tried removing them one by one, and let only the iris and sodium and it keeps lagging I allocated 12GB of RAM I don't know why, but I pressed "ctrl + i" and it solved the problem When I press ''ctrl + i'' again the lag returns
