Hi, is there a plugin to add a bell on top and show a notification history?

No need for a plugin. You can send notifications through Filament. Check the docs.

Database notifications is what you’re looking for.
Yes, I know, but I need to save those notifications and the user can have a history of notifications.
yes, that is true.
As Adam said: Database notifications would do that. People can mark them as Read or Delete them and they appear in a Slideout.
