That's a website portfolio built from a friend.
I feel there are many mistakes in design, also code is bad structured. I would like to make some improvements on that. Could you point the biggest mistakes and give some references or advices on how improving that?

small advice, change the "passionate about hacking" to "cybersecurity." i'm no expert when it comes to design, but i think you kind of overused colors i think you should make an imporvment on that... that's all i guess
I think you could make these cards look a bit cooler
I wanted to make that sudoko brain watermark be bigger and half off the card hidden but couldn't figure out how to do that for some reaosn
Or you can make the "2" a watermark as well and remove the brain thing
Needs more space between the elements. Look up 8 point rule
I suggest sticking with either orange or blue
You need a max-width on your paragraphs. Something like max-width: 65ch

Looks pretty good! I think if you made the borders the way you had them before, or make the borders you have now cover the whole card it might look better.
Your headings are indented a bit, line them up flush with the rest of the content.
In your About section, make those paragraphs have a max width. Something like 65ch
i really love the current version with the starfield background, colors, and projects section. nice job!
also we're closer to 2024 than to 2022 😂
