Does HTTP response count towards egress quota?

I just want to check an external endpoint a few times a day but the response is quite big.

N/A And also how do i check before the bill comes in? I'm completely in the dark until then? I guess i could estimate that on my side but it'd be awesome if you guys added that in metrics.
