Have you tried adjusting the Z offset?
Why is it good in one place and bad in another? Both prints were printed at the same time.

Both of them don't look good to me.
I think you should go a little deeper with the Z-Offset.
What material is it and what is the flow rate?

You have very good prints there. Both quite even and very acceptable. It looks like the beginnings of the perimeter of the left one didn’t adhere entirely and got squished under other lines. Clean the bed to ensure there aren’t oils preventing adhesion. If the top of the object has good extrusion then Z needs more squish into the bed, otherwise increase extrusion multiplier.
