Oy. Seems to me like its not possible at the moment
@dimagrossman it makes sense we allow that soon, maybe with some other user preference. Maybe as part of the enhancement of members' roles. To help with team members working together, a profile picture will be probably be useful 🙂

Easiest fix probably would be to use Gravatar or similar as default
Currently this works only when logged in with github
