red pixel artifacts on youtube videos

since a few days Ive got some weird red pixels in my youtube videos, only in windowed mode / not in fullscreen. they are not visible on screenshots Im using chrome btw a bit hard to see on the image that I took with my phone but they are much mroe present when you actually look at the proper thing
