file explorer crashes when i try to delete or move, or extract LOD files

ive been trying to extract my world bacup to use it, however whenever i try to do anything to my LOD files, file explorer crashes
Extract the whole folder instead of individual files.
If file explorer has trouble extracting use a tool like 7Zip.
that also caused a crash
i have 7zip, ill give it a shot
