overlays don’t show up
My overlays show up for me but whenever I pause my stream they disappear, and I am the only one who can see them, anyone watching Cant

So you can only see the overlay as a viewer if your on desktop essentially?
Yes that's currently where Twitch Overlay Extensions are supported
