EULA Compliant Server Packages
I am working on creating a sever and I want to have Donor items that you can buy on a webstore to help fuel the server so all the costs are not draining my checkbooks every month. The only problem is, I do not want anything about my server to resemble anything pay to win, and, I want to remain, mostly at least, EULA compliant.
One thing I really want to do and setup is a custom cosmetics system. Things like backpacks, wings, hats, decorations, etc. I have no problem finding / creating models, but implementing them into a server is what completely stumps me. I am taking heavy inspiration from servers like Origin Realms but I currently have no way of pursuing it.
If anyone has any info, tips, or insight, please let me know.

For one thing they can't be considered donor items. EULA explicitly states you cannot give rewards for donations(other than server-wide rewards for donation goals). they would be purchasable cosmetics
You are right about that, I guess I would have them classify as such, but having a server-wide reward for donation goals is also a cool idea that I had not yet thought about!
well its specified in the eula
Your best bet is to make a clear distinction between donations and purchases. A donation cannot give anything in return, save for server-wide rewards for donation goals having been met. Purchases in your web store (like tebex) has to not give any gameplay advantages and you must do 4 things:
1) put the Microsoft/mojang disclaimer clearly visible (Google it)
2) provide purchase history to customers
3) provide a way to see recent purchases
4) have a contact email on your website that you own and have access to
