Non-staff can't join server
So I have an issue where anyone who isn't staff can't join the server. I do have whitelist on, but I've tested it with whitelist completely disabled and it did the same thing. Absolutely no idea what is causing this.

If you need further help understanding the errors, please send us the whole log file.
Where can I find the server log?
Logs are stored in
<server_directory>/logs/. Search for a file explorer in your server's management interface and navigate to that directory. Once you've opened that up, search for the latest.log file. Some providers have a separate page for logs and may hide the "logs" folder.
On Aternos:
• Go to https://aternos.org/log/.
On Minehut and server.pro:
• Go to the "files" tab in the left menu.
• Navigate to the root directory of your server.
• From there navigate to /logs/latest.log.
What should I do with the log?
• First of all, read it! I mean, that's what you do all the time when you run a server, isn't it? Try to locate any errors that have anything to do with the issue you are facing.
• If you got the latest.log file or created a .txt file with the necessary errors you can upload these directly to the channel, but we prefer if you upload them to https://mclo.gs/.
• If you have trouble downloading the log file, copy/paste the text to a paste service (like mclogs). Copy the link that it gives you and send it to us. (Don't worry, McLogs hides your users' IPs.)Admincraft Canned Responses

We have a lobby and a main server running. Lobby is "latest (2)" and server is "latest (3)".
Please use a paste service instead!
Paste services are more mobile friendly and easier to read than just posting a log file

wouldnt suprise me if thats the main issue, since the client side error kinda lines up with the errors shown by premium vanish
Do you think it would also cause the non-staff player to not even be able to see the server when typing /server ?

tho idk if you have any plugins that modify the list show when autocompleting it
It shows fine for staff members, so I assume it's related to them not being able to join. If I /send the player to the main server then it gives the error I put in the OP to the player.

OK but.
When people get flash banged with a wall of text regardless of holding/underlying, they gonna skip it. Just how it is.
Why this is 100% a problem on them being ignorant and not our problem.. We can def make up for this and be 1000x more effective by making it not a wall of text

Do not use /reload or PlugMan's reload feature
These throw plugins out of the memory without them being able to finish their stuff.
It is more likely than not to cause runtime issues and may even corrupt plugin or world data.
Most plugins have a reload command which you can use, like /plugin reload.

It's a long story. Here's the short version. Basically, server died due to old owners. Me and a friend decided to start it up again. They gave us access to the spigot account and then recently removed our access to it (my friend didn't think to disable 2fa or change the password for some stupid reason).
you could use supervanish temporarily till you purchase a new copy of it since premium vanish is just hte paid version of supervanish anyways
also dont use plugman on your production server because the side effects could be dire
