Can use custom color in select multiple ?

I'm using Spatie Permissions package, I added color column in roles table. Can I use this color in select multiple, more precisely in tags selected ? I use this color in list table Role like 1st image And my question is for 2nd image Thanks

Solution:

Multi select tags aren’t stylable like that. Iirc.
