nvm, you're trying to run SEUS, which doesn't support intel at all

you should still update your graphics drivers regardless, but it sadly won't fix your issue
Strangely, SEUS v10.2 and v11.0 worked on Iris 1.6.5 and below...
Even optifine worked with these shaders

Check out Ushader 2, which aims to recreate the feel while having major modern features
