Inheriting the relation manager's active locale from the resource page
following https://filamentphp.com/plugins/filament-spatie-translatable
when i switch parent page switch, the relation manager doesn't locale switch too.

I encountered same problem, still not fixed. Only solution is to add locale switch to the relation manager table aswel, which is not optimal.
