Is it possible to link to other posts/pages somehow?

I am looking at Filament to implement a basic internal CMS of sorts. I was wondering if it's possible to how internal links somehow in the text editor with some form of autocomplete/dropdown?

The problem is that Filament isn't aware of the concept of a "page" in your app, or how to generate a route to one. You would need to hook into the RichEditor component to implement it but I'm not sure there's an easy way to do that.
