I want to redesign the website
Can you guys suggest some changes on the website, I know it should have a better UI and all, a good color scheme ig, anything else?

Start from scratch and make a Figma file. Make a page inside that file called moodboard or something equivalent where you can store all of your inspiration. Then, look at a ton of websites that are in your industry. Places like pinterest and dribbble are good sights for this. You can also search on google "Top [industry] website designs" and you should get a nice list of blogs that have nicely designed websites from your industry. There you can comb through each one and add the sites you like to your moodboard; even capture screenshots of specific elements you like.
From there, you have a ton of inspiration and you can get started designing your website. Look towards your moodboard for inspiration along the way. I typically like to start with thinking about how I want to organize my content and in what order. Then, I'll dive into the layouts, and then deeper like colors, texture, images, fonts, all that.
